We are very proud to have our own fleet of delivery vehicles to deliver our goods all over mainland Scotland. Our highly skilled teams deliver everything from sofas and dining furniture, to beds, rugs, carpets and flooring, directly to your home. With years of experience and training, our delivery and fitting crews are able to manoeuvre their way through even the narrowest of spaces to make sure your furniture takes pride of place inside your home!

Delivery charges vary for locations out with 25 miles of your local store. Garden furniture is delivered to your outdoor space or designated area. The delivery excludes assembly, which can be added for an additional £50. |

We deliver throughout the whole of mainland Scotland. You will receive a quote when placing your order depending on your location.
We offer a delivery option which includes our Delivery Teams unpackaging and removing the packaging to be fully recycled. Alternatively, if you opt for our door-stop delivery service, we recommend that you take your packaging along to a local recycling centre.
Our team will give you a call, when your goods arrive into stock, to organise a delivery date with you. If for any instance you are no longer able to accept your delivery, please get in touch with our Delivery team as soon as possible on 01343 813271, where we will be happy to look at rescheduling. Deliveries cancelled within 48hours, excluding weekends, may be subject to charge.
Our deliver fleet operates within mainland Scotland and the Scottish Highlands, but we do not cater to the broader Scottish Isles. We can make goods available for couriers to the Scottish Isles, such as Shetland Transport, or deliver to Aberdeen or Inverness Ferry Terminals. For smaller items shipped by a third-party courier, we can deliver across mainland UK, though size and weight exclusions apply for this shipping method.
We offer 4 weeks free of charge storage, with all orders, to help out if you are moving house or are re-decorating and need us to hang on to your goods until you are ready for them. See our Terms of Sale for more details. We can often keep your goods in stock for a longer period, upon request, and would be subject to charge.
Our delivery crews are well equipped at dealing with narrow and tricky spaces, but it’s always good to let them know in advance of what to expect upon arrival. If you can think of any issues that our delivery crew may face when delivering your goods, please let us know when placing your order. Our white glove delivery service includes putting your new purchase into your chosen room, however suitable access for goods remains the responsibility of the customer.
Most goods undergo a pre-delivery quality check to make sure that they are in the best condition for you – in order to do so we take items out of their packaging and in some cases, we recycle it in house and re-cover your goods in eco-friendly covers to protect them in transit. Additionally, to maximise the delivery crews time, our warehouse teams will often build smaller items, such as dining chairs, prior to loading the vehicle.
