Payment Information

Online Payment

  • Payment in Full: All orders placed online will complete automatically only if payment is made in full upon checkout. We accept most major credit and debit cards, however we do not accept American Express.

In-store Payment Options

  • Payment in Full: You can opt to pay for your goods in full when placing your order in-store. We do ask for this as standard if your goods are bought from stock and are therefore ready for delivery.

    Payment can be made by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or gift voucher. Where payment is made by cheque, delivery can be arranged only after 4 business days to allow the cheque to be cleared.

  • Deposit Payment: Where payment is not made in full at the time of ordering, a minimum deposit of 25% of the order value is required to allow your order to be processed. When your goods arrive with us we will notify you and arrange a delivery date. Any outstanding balances on your order must be settled a minimum of 48 hours prior to delivery*. You can settle your outstanding balance by credit or debit card, cheque, bank transfer, cash or gift voucher. If you are paying by cheque, please allow 4 business days for the cheque to clear. (*arrangements differ where your balance is to be settled by Credit)
  • Credit: During certain times of the year, we are able to accept payment via Finance options available through V12 Retail Finance. Credit is provided subject to affordability, age and status. Minimum spend applies. Further information is available in store or on our finance page.
